Covid-19 Disclaimer:

Our delivery times may be impacted due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions. Please allow an additional 4-6 days from the original dates provided to you. We are doing everything we can to mitigate these delays, including using alternative carriers where we can and adding extra shifts at our warehouse.

Christmas Shipping Disclaimer:

We use Australia Post for shipping all online orders and follow their guidance based on Christmas shipping timings. To receive your products by Christmas 2021, please ensure you place your online order before 10am on the following dates:

NSW/ACT: Order online by Dec 13th

VIC: Order online by Dec 13th

QLD: Order online by Dec 13th

SA: Order online by Dec 13th

WA: Order online by Dec 8th

NT: Order online by Dec 8th

TAS: Order online by Dec 13th

Shipping Options:

1) Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping via Australia Post at a flat-rate of $10 for all orders under $99, and free standard shipping for all orders over $99. We use Australia Post eParcel to get your items to you, so you’ll only have to wait 2 to 5 working days once your order has left our warehouse (note: currently, deliveries may take longer due to Covid-19 impacts). If you have made your purchase as a registered member you may track your order via a link through your account.

2) Express Shipping

We currently offer Express Shipping via Toll only to select Melbourne Metro postcodes and with a maximum of 8 units per order. You can check your postcode availability at checkout. We are unable to deliver express to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. For eligible orders, Express Shipping is at a flat-rate of $19.95. For Express Shipping orders placed before 10:00am AEDT, they will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. For Express Shipping orders placed after 10:00am AEDT, we will endeavour to dispatch them within 1-2 business days. To track your Express Shipping order, click here. to visit Toll’s website. Q: What happens after I place my order on kinggee.com.au?

A: Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse for picking. It is usually picked and scheduled for shipping within 1 business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.

Don’t stress if it doesn’t work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

 
Q: Can I order online and pick-up in-store?

A: No, all orders placed online are shipped direct from our warehouse for a faster service.

 
Q: Do you deliver outside of Australia?
