I bought one of these shirts about 6 months ago and I think it was a waste of money.
My work, I will admit, is very dirty, I am a plumber drainer Gasfitter. So when some stains didn't come out, I put it down to the filthy nature of my work.
Yesterday though, I did some work on my truck and I lay on the ground under the front end undoing and redoing nuts and bolts. I wasn't laying on any oil or grease, just the dirty ground. I put the shirt in the wash and it came out not much different in appearance, It's clean but it looks filthy. It seems as though the ordinary dirt from the concrete has permanently stained the back of this shirt.
In the past, I would by just ordinary cotton work shirts but this time I chose this one because it looked smart. I never ironed the plain cotton ones, any creases tend to fall out with body heat.
As a recommendation I would say, "Don't buy KingGee polyester/cotton work clothes, unless you like that unwashed look".
